MY STORY

I was born and raised in northern Minnesota. My passion for natural health and beauty led me to southern California where I trained and taught as a celebrity stylist and platform artist with Redken Int., It wasn't long before noticing most clients were really struggling with a variety of general health issues which seamed to contribute to their aging challenges. This inspired me to study natural medicine. I am currently board certified with the American Naturopathic Medical Association and the American Association of Nutritional Consultants. For over two decades, I have been helping others achieve vitality through proper body cleansing, testing, and whole foods supplements. I have retired from my naturopathic practice in the great north on Lake Superior and moved to the Villages, Florida. Giving back to this community is my current vision.
